This app is for people 18-70 years old, it can be use by men and women. This app is more destined for housewises, businessman and businesswoman.

Focus Group

We discussed about the price, what was the best for our customers and what our first participants in this project thought about it and how it can benefit them

Our participants liked the idea of a free app because they said it was more accessible. You will only pay for the transport and service. Also they suggested about accumulating points once you have already hired the service, and those points will be exchanged for money that you can use to pay your next service.

We wanted to know if we have competition in marketing apart form those we already had in mind

They said we have a chance because the only that is similar is Rappi, but it offers another services a bit different

We needed to know what our participants thought about our promotion, if it was going to work with our ideas or if we needed to change them

They had the same ideas as us, but they said that it was easier and cheaper if first we started the promotion in social medias because they are having a big impact in the world, also because the people use them a lot and it is cheaper that an announcemnet in the street
